Heating and gas problems rarely happen at a convenient time. Our 24 hour emergency call out covers Surrey around the clock, so when something goes wrong out of hours you have a Gas Safe registered engineer you can rely on to put it right.
We respond to the emergencies that cannot wait, from a boiler failing in the cold to a suspected gas concern or a plumbing leak. Our first priority is always to make your home safe, then to get your heating and hot water working again.
Emergency call outs start from £150, and yes, we do work out of hours and bank holidays, though this does come at an additional cost over a standard daytime visit. We are upfront about that before we attend so there are no surprises.

How often should I service my boiler?
We recommend servicing your boiler once a year. Annual servicing keeps it running safely and efficiently and helps keep your manufacturer warranty valid.
Does the call out cover parts too?
Unfortunately no, the call out fee only covers your first hour of labour. The cost of any parts is an additional cost added on top, and we always quote this before carrying out the work.
What if you cannot fix my boiler?
In the rare case where a boiler cannot be repaired, we explain why, set out the cost of the visit to diagnose the fault, and talk you through the cost of a new boiler so you can decide what is best.
